Pastor’s Viewpoint

 

I am Pastor, Lamar Black.  I came to “Keene Baptist” in June, 2010 having served in churches in Florida, Maryland, Virginia and Texas.

 

My education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Masters from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

 

The next year and a half are going to be exciting years as we seek to grow in our membership and our lives as followers of Jesus.  Our prayer is to share the Good News of forgiveness, a purposeful life and a life eternal in Jesus Christ and look forward to building a place of worship in Keene.
